Aim and Scope of Maritime Law and Policy Review

Scope

The scope of the journal is to provide an academic medium and an important reference for the advancement and dissemination of research results that support high-level learning, teaching and research in the fields of Maritime Law and Policy. Original theoretical work and application-based studies, which contributes to a better understanding of Jurisprudence and technical challenges, are encouraged.

1. MLPR aims to promote savant excellence in the area of Maritime Law and Policy.
2. MLPR aims to focus on legal issues currently being in Maritime Law and Policy as well as those being debated international with specific reference to India.
3.MLPR aims to focusing on issues of Maritime Law and Policy, social justice and human rights, critique of the legal system, developments in alternative practice and community legal education.
